Refill Requests

An active Valid-Client-Patient-Relationship (VCPR) is required for approval. 

Outside pharmacy prescriptions requiring written authorization may be subject to a processing fee depending on pharmacy requirements. There are no fees associated with approval of existing or active prescription refills. Refill requests must be submitted prior to the expiration date to avoid processing fees. 

 A representative will reach out to you via email to confirm that your prescription has been approved or denied. Please add @aggielandvetservices.com to your approved senders to prevent email diversion as spam. If you do not receive a response, please check your Junk Folder before submitting another request.
