An active Valid-Client-Patient-Relationship (VCPR) is required for approval. 


Please allow 2 business days for your request to be reviewed and processed by our staff. For all special-order medications (products that our clinic must order from a distributor) or prescriptions being sent to an outside pharmacy, anticipate additional turn-around time to account for shipping & pharmacy processing time.


Outside pharmacy prescriptions requiring written authorization may be subject to a processing fee depending on pharmacy requirements. There are no fees associated with approval of existing or active prescription refills. Refill requests must be submitted prior to the expiration date to avoid processing fees. 


 A representative will reach out to you to confirm that your prescription has been approved or denied. Please add dvm_records@aggielandvetservices.com to your approved senders to prevent email diversion as spam. If you do not receive a response, please check your Junk Folder before submitting another request.
