A CURRENT CLIENT & PATIENT (&/OR HERD) HAS AN ACTIVE "VCPR" AND HAS BEEN SEEN IN PERSON BY THE DOCTOR AT LEAST ONCE WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
Telemedicine appointments are for consultation purposes only, and the veterinarian reserves the right to determine if a telemedicine appointment is appropriate. The doctor will evaluate whether a diagnosis or treatment plan can be provided remotely or if an in-person examination is necessary. If an in-person visit is required and timely intervention is needed, clients/patients may be referred to another veterinary clinic for further care.
